The course is designed as sustainment training to operators who have previously attended a New Equipment Training (NET) event, Air Defense Artillery (ADA) MOS school training or real world experience. Students are taught to build and share missions that embody the current tactical situation, collaborate to create a rich, multi-perspective, shared operational picture and create, analyze and manage data. Students are introduced to digital operations and AMDWS’s role in the MCS family. Prerequisites: 14G, 14J, 15P, 15Q, Fires Systems Operatorsĭescription: The AMDWS Operator Course combines lecture, demonstration, hands-on training and practical exercises to familiarize students with tasks outlined in the AMDWS Course Conduct Support Document (SG) Operator and AMDWS Course Conduct Support Document (SG) System Administrator. The ISOTT course is not a replacement for the 40-hour official instruction.

The MCT trains and develops operations forces that are mission command capable of unified land operations and response to domestic crises. The Mission Training Complex at Fort Indiantown Gap supports the Mission Command Training Support Program (MCTSP) and Army National Guard units (battalions, brigades and higher) by hosting brigade and division War Fighter Exercises and providing individual and collective training to Army National Guard units during the Sustainable Readiness Model (SRM) training process.
